Adelphia Hotel Building

The old Adelphia Hotel occupies a site interesting because it was once a part of the River Baca Lands. In 1882 the land was sold by Aaron Rosenwald to H. Brownlee. Abstracts indicate that I. H. Rapp may have been the owner of the location at the time the hotel was built. The two-story brick is in modified Romanesque style.
The date of the second photograph is July, 1970.
