Trinidad, Colorado - A Historic Building SurveyOffice and Shop BuildingMap location #44. On the property originally owned by the First National Bank, the present structure was built in 1880 in a rather simple, unaffected style. Three Romanesque arches above the wider windows constitute the most obvious decorative touch. Built of brick, the two-story edifice is currently used for offices and shops. The first photograph made looking west on Main Street was taken in the period between 1903 and 1913. The second photograph is dated July, 1970. Legal Description: Lot 4; Block 100 OTS.
